Our Team
Our team consists of 3 people who provide young people with simple and uncomplicated accommodation. We all come from the Linz area and know what it means to find a place where you feel comfortable.
Miriam
Miriam is your contact person for room lettings. She takes care of all the tenants‘ concerns and ensures their satisfaction.
Manuel
Manuel is our contact person when it comes to technical problems. He has many years of experience with property management companies and stays in contact with the flat owners.
Susanne
Susanne takes care of things in the background, such as finances, accounting and data protection.
