- Long-Term Stay: We seek residents who are interested in staying for a minimum of six months, ideally for a year or more.
- All-Inclusive Rent: Our monthly rent includes electricity, internet, heating, and utilities to ensure there are no unexpected costs.
- Digital Rental Agreement: For added convenience, you can review and sign your rental agreement digitally from the comfort of your home.
- Commitment to Equality: We offer equal terms and pricing to everyone, regardless of origin or nationality. We value roommates who embrace diversity and foster an open, respectful community.
- Financial Requirements: A deposit equal to three months‘ rent is required, along with the first month’s rent paid upfront to demonstrate financial stability.
- Flexible Exit Options: Life plans change, and if you need to move out earlier, you can do so by finding a suitable replacement tenant.

- Privacy: Respect for private spaces is paramount. Enter another’s room only if invited.
- Pets: While we love them, our shared spaces are not suitable for pets.
